WHAT IS MORTON FOOD SERVICE?

Morton is an independent distributor that supplies food and beverage products to some of the best restaurants in Ontario. The foundation of our business is the relationship we have with hardworking, independent restaurant owners and food service operators across Southwestern Ontario.

IS THIS JUST FOR SCHOOLS?

No! Our Food Fundraisers are available to schools, youth sports teams, dance and gymnastic studios, choirs, extracurricular clubs and other community organizations.

HOW SUCCESSFUL ARE THESE FUNDRAISERS?

Typically, they perform well. Parents and other community members often see more value in purchasing high quality products they will use every day.

DOES MY MEAT ARRIVE FRESH OR FROZEN?

All meat products will arrive frozen unless stated otherwise in the product description.

HOW MUCH MONEY CAN I RAISE?

It depends on how much Food your group sells, but the margins are in your favour. If you visit our online store, you’ll see that donation amounts are clearly listed below the price of each product.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Morton Food Service stands by the quality of all products within 14 days of order pick up and will replace any item that is deemed unsatisfactory with an item equal or greater value. There are no cash returns.

WHAT IF I MISS THE PICK UP WINDOW?

Pick ups will be made from our temperature controlled truck. All fundraiser participants will be required to pick up their order within a clearly specified window. Any unclaimed orders are not guaranteed after this window as many will require refrigeration. Products not picked up will be left with the fundraising event organizer from your organization. This will be their responsibility to distribute accordingly.
